BEGINNING DECEMBER 4, 2008 WE WILL ADD ADDITIONAL FLIGHT SERVICE AS FOLLOWS:

Avion is authorized by the Department of Transportation to offer up to 8 one-way flights per week on the routes specified above. Additionally, Avion Private Jet Club plans to expand its service to new and popular destinations. As new routes are added to the Avion program, members will have the option of expanding their current membership to include these new destinations.

*7.5% tax applies. Tax of $577.50 per person, plus one-way $3.50 per segment fee. One-way is based on the per seat price of $7,700.00. Total one-way price, including tax: $8,281.00.

Per seat flights are offered by Avion Private Jet Club, LLC as a Part 380 Public Charter Operator (Pursuant to Prospectus on file with DOT), for the exclusive use of Avion Private Jet Club members. Flights are operated by Avjet Corporation or similar duly licensed Part 135 carriers. Please refer to the Avion Operator Participant Contract for further information regarding terms and conditions.
